By accessing or using the services provided by Bass Intelligence & Consulting, LLC ("the Firm"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services:

The Firm offers small business consulting services, including but not limited to leadership coaching, sales growth strategies, financial health assessments, facilitation, and new business start-up planning.

3. Client Responsibilities:

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information to the Firm to facilitate effective consulting services. Clients are responsible for making informed decisions based on the advice and recommendations provided by the Firm.

4. Confidentiality:

All information shared between the Client and the Firm is confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Firm will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms:

Payment terms and fees for services are outlined in individual consulting agreements. Clients are responsible for adhering to the payment schedule specified in their agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The Firm is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients agree that any decisions made based on consulting services are their responsibility.

7. Termination of Services:

The Firm reserves the right to terminate consulting services in cases of non-payment, violation of these Terms of Service, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Firm.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from the services provided by the Firm will be resolved in the courts of State of Arizona.

9. Amendments:

The Firm reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised Terms of Service will be effective as of the date of notification.
